A Georgia native with over 30 years of mortgage industry experience, Bob Hester is President, and CEO, of FMG. Responsibilities of Bob's for FMG include: directing management of day-to-day business operations; product development and management; partner services; and, in addition to, sales and
marketing efforts. Previous work experiences include: serving as President, and Executive Vice President for mortgage affiliates on behalf of several community banks in Georgia. In these various roles, responsibilities included the organization, development and implementation of entire mortgage
operations. In addition to his firm grasp of the residential loan market, Bob has worked in the Corporate Trust Division and Commercial / Construction Lending Divisions for Wachovia.

Bob’s current business associational memberships include: Georgia Bankers Association, Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Bankers Association, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. Additionally, he sits on multiple Ministry Boards of Directors in the role of Financial Director. Bob and his beloved wife, Linda, have four grown children and numerous grandchildren. When free time allows, Bob can be found on the racquetball court or the golf course.
